I had tried mushroom extracts before but I wanted something natural. It exceeded my expectations!
The results I get with this whole mushroom formulation is much better than with an extract. It just feels more powerful and I love being able to adjust the dose according to what I need on the day. For those days where I need the full strength because I have a lot going on at work, these capsules do not fail me! A normal day I might only have a half dose and that just keeps me humming along, focused with better clarity. I have also found that my need for caffeine has dropped considerably, I just don't need it for energy now. Very happy I found these!
