When I started Forest Super Foods in 2012, I promised myself we would never become a company that cuts corners to maximise profit. Better ingredients, careful manufacturing and real customer support cost more—but they are the reason Forest exists.
These eight commitments guide every decision we make. They’re not marketing lines. They’re the standards I want Forest to be measured against.

What makes Forest, Forest
Our whole-food range is made without extracts, alcohol, water, vinegar, fillers, flavours, sweeteners or synthetic ingredients. What’s on the label is what’s in the product.
We choose Australian-grown ingredients wherever suitable growers exist. When they don’t, we source certified-organic ingredients from smaller overseas suppliers we personally vet.
We package our non-TGA products in-house at our certified-organic facility. That gives our team direct oversight of cleanliness, consistency and product integrity.
Our Australian support team works only with Forest products. They can answer questions, adjust orders and solve most issues the first time—by phone or online.
We put genuine customer experiences ahead of scripts and empty promises. Reviews are verified, and creators are expected to share their honest experience and disclose partnerships.
Our registered nutritionist offers complimentary general guidance, helping you understand your options without pressure. You can also use our quiz to find products suited to your goals and preferences.
We pick and pack orders in-house, achieving a 99.5% order accuracy rate. Every order is upgraded to express shipping at our expense, regardless of how much you spend.
We donate $1 from every order over $40 to Rainforest Rescue. Since 2017, our community has helped protect 8 hectares of lowland Daintree rainforest forever.
