I swapped from freeze dried Moccona to try something new. I noticed Id get a headache if I skipped a coffee on the freeze dried stuff but I have skipped a day where I waited for my lions mane to arrive. Expected a headache but didn't get one. Very pleased by that.

I love both my Lions Mane and coffee and I now get it premixed and it is super simple to brew. A cuppa in the morning sharpens my mental alertness and energy level markedly. This is another top shelf quality product from Forest Superfoods which was delivered extremely quick.
I use this on my work days when I need a second cup of coffee to top me off. Give my brain a good boost.

Love it. As a cancer carrier I take lots of drugs but the Lions mane is what gets me going in the morning when it us hard work tolerating the drugs and their side effects
Tasted terrible, I mix with other coffee to get a stronger taste as well, would consider capsules if purchasing again. Not sure if doing any good, happy to mix with other coffee, so hopefully will help me in some way. Regards. Marilyn.

It's convenient, the taste is great, but I had to use a lot to get a strong enough coffee. Probably more economical to put the Lion's mane powder in my normal coffee.
