Activated charcoal capsules are great! They’re easy to take and have been effective for digestive comfort. I appreciate how they help with detoxification and feel gentle on the stomach. A simple and effective addition to my wellness routine. Highly recommended!
My wife uses these to calm and smooth her stomach when she gets bloated. Sometimes she will unpack the powder from the capsules and mix with water to benefit the stomach faster. This has also allowed us to be more aware of the foods she reacts to, helping us make better food choices
I don't drink alcohol much or often but when I do I always have these on hand and love feeling like I'm giving my body help to rid the crap in my body. Lol. These are great to take on holidays too for any tummy bugs!

After One and a half years unknowingly exposed to black mould and doctors misdiagnosing me I heard about the Activated Charcoal to help bind and remove the mycotoxins . I regularly take few of the Forest super foods products and find them awesome, started taking hemp oil by accident, after being offered 20%off the next purchase and chose the oil just to try .My contact dermatitis, wich was very severe at the time,cleared completely, and pain in my shoulder went .Have since convinced my sister, not an easy task, to give it a try and she's happy with it and almost stopped taking Mobic. Only just got the Activated charcoal and even though I don't really have as many digestive issues, due to paying attention as to what I consume, last weekend went visiting and was feeling bloated so I took 2×2 capsules and the issue got resolved.
